Vision
Our nursing home’s philosophy is to serve the community in the two following areas:
Provide nursing and medical care, social assistance and charitable services to seniors living in the region served by the nursing home under the New Brunswick Nursing Homes Act;
Accommodate residents under our care.
We believe that everyone is entitled to the best possible care for their physical, psychological, spiritual and social needs, irrespective of their culture, their economic condition or their social status.
We believe that everyone is entitled to optimum health and well-being.
We believe that each individual living in the home has a right to confidentiality.
We believe that the services provided should be sufficiently flexible, versatile and diversified to meet the needs of each resident, in a personalized manner.
We believe that high ethical and professional standards must be achieved and maintained through ongoing education as well as research and quality control programs for the services provided.
We believe that this vision must be achieved within the context of a multidisciplinary approach.
We believe that employees, volunteers, the community, organizations and governments must contribute to the success of our nursing home.
